About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and service-focused Restaurant Chef to lead the In-Room Dining kitchen at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, you will oversee the preparation, presentation, and execution of all dishes delivered through room service, ensuring our guests enjoy a luxurious dining experience from the comfort of their rooms, 24 hours a day.
What You Will Do
Manage the day-to-day culinary operations of the In-Room Dining kitchen.
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to Four Seasons standards and guest expectations.
Maintain an efficient flow of service in coordination with the In-Room Dining service team.
Supervise and support the kitchen team, providing on-the-job training and ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed at all times.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimize waste through effective inventory and cost management.
Contribute to menu design and updates in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage team.
Participate in the pre-opening setup of kitchen areas, equipment testing, and team onboarding.
What You Bring
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, including 2 years in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort.
Strong knowledge of international cuisine, comfort food, and dietary considerations.
Experience working in high-paced kitchen environments with 24/7 operations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
High attention to detail, consistency, and a guest-first mindset.
Fluency in English is required.
