The Resilience Business Continuity Manager & Disaster Recovery Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring that the organization can maintain critical operations during and after disruptive events. You will lead the development of response plans, coordinate training, and conduct exercises to evaluate and improve organizational resilience.
· A minimum of ten years’ experience in Corporate Business continuity planning;
· In-depth knowledge of ISO22301
· Ability to understand and document workflows and business processes;
· Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· A practical and proactive problem-solver. Possesses strong business acumen and is confident, mature, and calm.
· Must have excellent time management skills. Able to prioritize and multitask and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Should have influential people management and conflict resolution skills;
· Should be an effective communicator with the ability to handle both internal and external communication;
· Must have high standards of integrity and ethical practice;
· Autonomous and proactive.
· Having a background in IT and business continuity/risk management is an advantage.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
