Representative, Sales


An exciting opportunity is available Representative Sales, based in Jeddah who will report directly to Superiors in Sales/Marketing/BDM


 Summary:


We are seeking for a motivated Representative Sales who will:


  • Contribute to sales improvements and higher customer satisfaction to achieve revenue targets.
  • Introducing, launching and maximizing sales in existing / new products or services in existing / new markets.
  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients to satisfy their requirements in acceptable time frames.

In this role, you will be responsible of:


  • Preparing and follow up on offers, tenders and all applicable documentation until orders are secured.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure that customer satisfaction and customer base is continuously increased.
  • Develop new sales initiatives in consultation with the Manager and prospect for new business opportunities and to increase sales volumes.
  • Negotiate terms of sale agreements, variations in price, credit terms, delivery and specifications, and close sales transactions in accordance with approved company policy and procedures.
  • Calculate appropriate costs and align superiors as per matrix and provide customers with quotations.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of the market to provide inputs to the sales panning process.
  • Focal point of customer complaint/ customer feedback to ensure all customer issues and needs are resolved and anticipated respectively
  • Coordinate with other departments like technical services, applications, marketing, research and intelligence to ensure that all relevant customer demands are proper communicated across company
  • Handle existing customer accounts and act as a focal point for all their queries.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:


  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business / Sales or other related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the market, products and customers
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication in English & Arabic is an added advantage Knowledge & Skills

Required:


  • Timely reporting.
  • Compliance with company code of ethics.
  • Compliance to contractual agreements.
  • Cordial work relationship with colleagues.
  • Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements.
