Job Purpose

Key Accountability Areas
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
- Prepare company prequalification and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Role Accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or concrete industry.
- Strong understanding of concrete products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
