Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions, including dashboards and visualizations, using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and troubleshooting data issues.
Analyze and interpret data trends to provide insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes, data sources, and methodologies.
Monitor and optimize reporting performance, making improvements as necessary to enhance user experience.
Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to reporting and data analytics.
