Establish, maintain and continuously improve RP on Tornado. Manage the Tornado RP and any resultant recommendations for change to AMP, ensuring they are effectively integrated. Ensure RP activities and procedures comply with the Tornado Support Service Exposition and Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness (M&CA) RP requirements. Identify, collate, analyse and record all relevant sources of maintenance data, including Post-Output Review Meetings (PORM). Review draft Technical Instructions (TCTO, SB, etc.) in order to assess the impact on the fleet and recommend effective embodiment strategy for endorsement. Produce at least quarterly, Reliability reports and recommendations in order determine recovery actions, or initiate further investigation. Maintain close working relations with the Fleet Planning Manager, to maintain an awareness of all AMP changes. Though of secondary importance to validating AMP, utilise the RP to monitor – and make recommendations to enhance business performance with regards to aircraft operations. Establish and maintain a network of reliability experts and stakeholders, across other BAES SA projects, BAES Fast Jet Support Hub and the Function, to identify good practise for Reliability Programme continuous improvement. M entor, supervise and provide local training to personnel as necessary, including Technical Services personnel located on air bases, to support their development and Saudisation of the CAMO. Deputise in periods of absence for the Fleet Operations Manager, as required. For absences greater than 2-weeks, ensure a competent deputy is nominated and senior manager informed. Proactively manage own Personal Development Report (PDR). Current Tornado experience. Extensive proven aircraft maintenance experience and have extensive proven experience in a relevant (PtM-related) role. HND in a role-related discipline or successful completion of a recognised national aircraft maintenance traineeship / apprenticeship. Should be able to work on their own initiative to resolve technical issues. An understanding of company Part M policies, processes and procedures. Broad aerospace and defence company / industry knowledge. Able to describe or demonstrate a Familiar level of knowledge of Continuing Airworthiness, the aircraft types managed and the aircraft maintenance environment. Be able to demonstrate a Practitioner level of skills in fleet planning, Reliability Programme and Aircraft Maintenance Programme management.
