We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and high-performing Regional Sales Manager to meet new business onboarding, sales, and revenue growth objectives based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  
Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans as well as leading brand awareness and forge strong relationships with clients. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the company's financial targets. Regional Sales Manager duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, understanding customer trends, and leading Commencis in the right direction.

Responsibilities:


  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve and maximize sales targets and expand our customer base, as well as maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients, 
  • Developing a sustainable business pipeline, supporting commercial objectives and including the identification of opportunities to qualify and close, 
  • Actively research and define innovations in the target markets with the objective to develop strategies, to discover and evaluate new business opportunities and create the overall sales and business development strategic plan, 
  • Focusing on expanding the company's portfolio through partnerships within the industry, particularly within international markets, 
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets and new business development opportunities in emerging markets, 
  • Developing a tactical marketing plan for niche sales kits, advising and supporting the delivery to appropriate industry sectors, 
  • Ensure sales & distribution strategies in Account channels are implemented, controlled, and managed efficiently to achieve the business objectives of Commencis, 
  • Lead the proposal and quotation process, 
  • Proactively participate in contract negotiations throughout the entire negotiation process, 
  • Regularly update activity information and pipeline for management reporting, 
  • Taking part in the development of the branding strategy, 
  • Be the main contact for clients and prospects, managing all aspects of the relationships at both commercial and technical levels, using the best resources available, 
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions, 
  • Understand and actively utilize Commencis products and services. 

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in technology/digital is a must, 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic,
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets and driving sales growth in a business,
  • Strong knowledge of technology, digital, and innovation,  
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization,  
  • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, 
  • Ability to deliver and sell propositions between the companies and various software products,  
  • Ability to position products against competitors,  
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills,  
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire.
