Regional Project Specialist (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Regional Project Specialist to oversee project initiatives across Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the execution of projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in project management, a deep understanding of the regional dynamics, and excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee regional projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with local teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Analyze project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss project developments and address any potential issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Assists project managers with organizing and controlling project activities through communicating risks, opportunities and current state of the project. Fulfill the obligations by coordinating meetings, resources, equipment and information. Responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives.
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
• Work collaboratively with client sector and Departments to efficiently finalize applicable engagement plans and initiatives
• As assigned Project specialist will lead certain stakeholder outreach initiatives, dialogue and other forms of engagement
• Responsible for managing official correspondences, to prepare the official response in Arabic. 
• Handle all communications and logistics for assigned Projects.
• Responsible for coordinating and finalizing all required follow-on actions associated with the Projects meeting/visit.
• Prepare briefs and presentations as required to articulate in a succinct manner the Projects progress.
• Dealing with Proponent and project issues that related to Government Entities.
• In charge of permitting (Constructions, Work, Survey, Gate pass).
• Dealing with Citizens and satisfy them with their concerns.
• Following up with projects.
• Supporting GA operation team regarding employees.
• Dealing with Marine affair regarding all request and query.
• In charge for day-to-day communication with Government entities.
• Dealing / Conduct meeting with Government entities.
• Responsible for official correspondences & official response in Arabic/English.
• Dealing with Proponent and project issues that related to Government entities.
• Responsible for VIP Visitor.
• Participating Projects requirements as needed for resolving any issue.
