Job Purpose
  • As a member of the Regional PC team contributes to the BU strategy execution plan and takes a lead in defining, and owning, the segment-based strategy for the region: 10%
  • Clearly define the profitable offer per segment in terms of proposal with right product, service and value. maximize revenue and profitability for the product portfolio : 10%
  • Engages with the stakeholders in the entire value chain and maintains professional relationships with the industry stakeholders: 10%
  • Applies the agreed sales/product strategies towards the selected key prospects; supports the negotiation of terms and conditions of contracts: 20%
  • Creates and develop sales opportunities through key account management process : 10%
  • Monitors and reports for the projects progress from identification to completion stage: 15%
  • Coordinates the activities with local and global KAM team on the major target project: 10%
  • Manages the use of CRM to ensure full visibility on selected projects/assets/opportunities 15%


Key Accountabilities
  • Maintains advanced technical knowledge of product range, providing effective technical sales support to regional sales teams to where possible, obtain a sole specification position 
  • Delivers accurate market reviews and actively participates in the development of specifications that position AN products and services in defined segments 
  • Manage the entire project data base across our chosen geographies creating a platform of transparency and visibility for specification, sales and supply chain colleagues using CRM 
  • Identifies significant business opportunities, pinpoints existing and/or potential problem areas and work with regional sales and technical teams to resolve/exploit


Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Graduation in management or equivalent industry knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Effective ability to understand customer processes and markets, identify potential opportunities, create value propositions, and mobilize internal support where necessary
  • Proven ability to influence key decision makers
  • Understand various product ranges (Specialty, lining, PFP, High Heat) as well as knowledge for competitors’ products.
  • Ability for analyzing market, statics as well as excellent documentation (excel, word and PPT)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in a matrix organization
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
