Regional General Manager* to spearhead our Middle East and North Africa operations, with a clear mandate to achieve exceptional growth and profitability. What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a visionary leader with:
Extensive Experience
: 15+ years in sales, marketing, Dirand channel management, preferably in medical capital equipment.
Proven Success
: A track record of exceeding regional targets and driving P&L growth.
Leadership Excellence
: Strong interpersonal and coaching skills to inspire and develop a cohesive, motivated team.
Strategic Acumen
: The ability to create innovative strategies, overcome barriers, and deliver results in complex markets.
Multilingual Advantage
: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; French is a plus.
Location & Travel
This is an onsite role based in KSA with 40% travel across the region.
