Reefscape Operations Coordinator

Eram Talent is excited to announce an opening for the position of Reefscape Operations Coordinator with our client in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Reefscape Operations Coordinator, who will report to the Lead, Reefscape Operations Coordinator, and is responsible for providing operational support for day-in-the-life operations for the project team. Their primary goal is to ensure that resource requirements are carefully planned and managed in support of achieving overall operational objectives and that operational reporting is conducted and managed in accordance with operational procedures.

Your expertise will help drive efforts in marine ecosystem management, as you substantiate operational strategies, manage project timelines, and facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams. This position requires a driven individual with a strong commitment to marine conservation and a knack for operations management.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with project team and suppliers to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with operational objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices.
• Produce operational reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement.
• Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones.
• Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output.
• Serve as point of communication between teams and external resources.
• Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.
• Implement and coordinate safe systems of work ensuring best safety practices are followed.
• Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project work plan.
