Recruitment Manager, Riyadh KSA, Up to SAR22k pm negotiable

We are working with one of Saudi’s leading Restaurant Groups to find them an experienced Recruitment Manager. We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join this expanding team. Recruitment Manager Role in Brief:

This role would be overseeing majority of frontline and junior leadership operational recruitment needs.

Ideal Recruitment Manager:

• Experience in volume recruitment in hospitality / lifestyle / restaurants groups
• High conversion rate from interview to onboarding through thorough screening
• Creative approach to talent attraction ref: hosting interactive career events, ‘road shows’, snapchat and Instagram as attraction channels
• Fluent English language and Arabic is always beneficial but not a deal breaker
• International experience across continents is required

Salary Package:

Total live out at SAR 22k per month – negotiable for someone exceptional!
