Job Description:
● Recruitment: Support in the recruitment process from end to end, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
● Culture Building: Play a key role in developing and nurturing our company culture. This includes creating and implementing HR policies and practices that reflect our core values, as well as organizing team-building activities and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
● Performance Management: Implement and manage a performance review process that drives high performance, employee engagement, and development.
● Learning and Development: Assist in the development and execution of learning and development programs that support employee growth and company objectives.
● HR Administration: Oversee all HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to employee records management, compliance with employment laws, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
● Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries, offering guidance and support on HR-related matters. Address and resolve any workplace issues in a timely and effective manner.
● HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
● Experience: Proven experience in a recruitment or HR role, with expertise in HR practices, labor law, and talent management. Prior experience working in a startup environment is essential, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving settings.
● Remote Workforce Experience: Experience managing or supporting remote and hybrid teams is highly desirable.
● Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
● Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
● Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HR software, including HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.
● Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks efficiently.
● Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic.
