Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Real Estate Manager & Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing real estate development projects, ensuring their timely and efficient execution. The candidate should have hands-on experience in the Saudi real estate market and demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to identify and secure new real estate development projects to drive the growth of the company.
• Proactively bring in and initiate new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market trends.
• Oversee project planning, design, and implementation, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize project profitability, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Foster strong relationships with contractors, clients, and government agencies to ensure smooth project progression and identify new business
• Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and quality controls, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in real estate development and project management, with a proven track record in the Saudi market.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Requirements:

• Valid Saudi experience is a must.
