Real Estate Consultant

As a Real Estate Consultant in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their real estate needs. Your main responsibilities will include providing expert advice, conducting market research, and negotiating deals on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
2. Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities
3. Prepare and present property listings to clients
4. Negotiate and close deals on behalf of clients
5. Provide expert advice on real estate market trends and investment strategies

Preferred Candidates:

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
2. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
3. Ability to work independently and meet targets
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
5. Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred
6. Marketing Specialist preferred with experience in real estate marketing
7. Lebanese, residing in Saudi Arabia, preferably in the Eastern Province
8. Minimum of one year of experience required
9. English language proficiency is necessary, and knowledge of a third language is preferred
