R&D senior formulator

1. Follow approved departmental SOPs.
2. Follow cGMP and GDPs
3. Follow all safety precautions as per EHS SOPs.
4. Monitoring Planning coordinating and controlling the R&D activities and related issues and projects to achieve the target
5. Responsible for co-ordination and control of respective R&D areas. Reporting to Process Development Manager.
6. Planning, coordination and control of respective R&D-Tabuk resources to effectively achieve the set production targets & quality standards.
7. Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to Process Development Manager
8. Follow up activities with Sub-coordinates and analysis the Results for continues improvement
9. Interaction with concerned departments in the organization on production to ensure  
10. Smooth discharge of technical & administrative responsibilities of the department.
11. To ensure the compliance and implementation of cGMPs in respective activities of the department.
12. Maintaining the required standard of health and safety in the department.
13. Checking of documents such as Process Operating Instructions (POI), SOPs, Validation / Qualification Protocols, Records and other relevant documents.
14. Organizing training & development of Process Development personnel as per the approved training schedule.
15. Participating in the internal quality audits for compliance with cGMP requirements.
16. To provide assistance in scaling up of products.
17. Technology transfer to production and optimization
18. To monitor validation of manufacturing process
19. Prepare & Review of validation batch protocol & reports
20. To plan for revalidation whenever required
21.  Monitor R&D batches in production

Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine or Chemistry

2 - 5 years of experience in a similar position.
