The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess solid leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. As the R&D Packaging Manager, you will be responsible for leading packaging development and innovation strategies, optimizing packaging processes and machinery, and ensuring the implementation of sustainable and cost-effective solutions while maintaining industry standards and compliance. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and enhance packaging solutions.
