الوصف الوظيفي

  • Manage the project’s commercial matters related to construction activities and contractual responsibilities.
  • Ensure the project’s forecasted profit is achieved.
  • Prepare monthly valuations of main works in line with site progress.
  • Review and record all variations and verbal instructions.
  • Review and manage the Bill of Quantities.
  • Meet with suppliers and conduct negotiations for materials as needed.
  • Address all contractual correspondence.
  • Prepare interim valuations of subcontractor works and negotiate the final account.
  • Work independently to conduct take-offs for MEP works using the appropriate tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or diploma degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant qualification.
  • 5–10 years of related experience in commercial and mixed-use projects.
  • Previous MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC contracts to protect the company's interests.
  • Proficiency in conducting take-offs for MEP works using appropriate tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in fluent English. Arabic is a plus. 
  • Transferable Iqama is a must.
  • Certification such as RICS or MRICS is an added advantage.
