Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in software such as Planswift, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel; knowledge of CCS Candy is an advantage.
• Expertise in Rate Analysis for building works and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to implement budgeting and cost control measures for projects.
• Must have a transferable Iqama and be available to join immediately.
• Salary Range: 10,000-12,000 SAR (Full Package)
