  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract packages.
  • Review and analyze construction contracts, ensuring the protection of the company's interests.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project profitability.
  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from design drawings and specifications.
  • Carry out interim valuations and final accounts, ensuring accurate measurement and pricing of work completed.
  • Manage subcontract packages, including tendering, contract negotiation, and payment certification.
  • Identify and assess commercial risks, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, including cost forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and submit claims for additional costs and variations to the contract.

المهارات

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, JCT).
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CostX).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
