• Improves the effectiveness and efficiency of Engineering Services processes and procedures.
• Identifies potential or actual bottlenecks in Engineering Services processes for cost savings or other improvements.
• Leads improvement initiatives coordinating with respective Engineering Services and F&E units.
• Improves business performance outcomes and operational agility of Engineering Services.
• Manages automation of processes and workflows through modelling and evaluation of inputs/outputs and performance.
• Defines organisation and leadership development requirements for Engineering Services.
• Responsible for defining quality standards, policies and guidelines ensuring Engineering Services quality objectives are met.
