Quality Inspectors

We are seeking experienced Quality Inspectors to ensure compliance with quality standards in materials, welds, and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tank construction and a strong understanding of industry standards like API 650.

• Conduct inspections on materials, welds, and fabrication processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  
• Verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards, including API 650.
  
• Perform quality checks using advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle testing.
  
• Maintain detailed inspection reports and records to ensure traceability and quality assurance.
  
• Identify and document defects or discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Collaborate with the production team to implement quality improvement initiatives.
  
• Monitor and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols.
  

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is mandatory.
  
• Level 2 NDT Certification in ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle testing.
  
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality inspection, with significant exposure to tank construction projects.
  

• In-depth knowledge of fabrication processes and quality control standards, particularly API 650.
  
• Proficiency in using NDT equipment and interpreting test results.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues.
  
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and thorough inspection reports.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  
• Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance in fabrication and welding processes.
