• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies for construction and pre-commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits to evaluate and verify the quality of construction activities and pre-commissioning processes.
• Review and approve quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality records.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for improvement in construction and pre-commissioning processes and implement effective solutions.
• Manage non-conformance and corrective action processes, working closely with contractors and subcontractors to address quality issues.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely completion of work.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and provide regular reports and updates to project management.
• Coordinate with other stakeholders, such as engineering teams and client representatives, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of quality control activities.
