  • Create and implement comprehensive quality control plans for construction projects, aligning with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Perform regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and construction processes to verify compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Monitor and enforce quality assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle to prevent defects and ensure consistency.
  • Investigate and document quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and track resolution.
  • Evaluate and approve construction materials and equipment from suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed quality control records, reports, and documentation.
  • Guide and mentor QC team members, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality-related matters.

المهارات

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of [6] years of experience in quality control within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI).
  • Proficiency in quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
