Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
Ensure that products and processes meet the established quality standards. Identify and rectify issues throughout the product development lifecycle, contributing to the overall quality improvement of the organization.
Key Accountability Areas
Quality Assurance in Quality Systems / Management:
- Closely monitor factory quality status and simulate the respective actions to improve the current quality practices enhancing the quality systems and verify the effectiveness of corrective action & risks mitigation to prevent NC recurrence – if any, Quality status mainly shall include - but not limited to - the following:
a. External Quality Failures (Customer complaints NCs)
b. Supplier Quality Complaints (Supplier NCs)
c. Quality Internal / cross plant audit NCs (internal and external)
d. Responsible to review and maintain factory records according to ISO/Customer requirements
Material Quality Assurance:
- Perform on-site assessment and periodically assess (system/process) at supplier’s premises and follow up the supplier action plan regarding the audit’s findings.
Manufacturing / Process Quality Assurance:
- Execute factory Quality internal audits (including assessment of QC process) as per the approved internal Audit plan covering all aspects in the factory with special focus on compliance with customer requirements & applicable standards.
- Select processes to be audited from primarily the manufacturing areas and checks for a variety of features, such as handling practices, work instructions, documentation, training, and process integrity.
- Record Quality audit data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
- Regular review Inspection test plan, Quality Control plan & their results, process flow, and work instructions for all processes.
- Prepare report and graphs for Key performance Indicators (KPI).
- Responsible to issue the Warranty letters, Certificate of conformance, Certificate of Origin.
- Maintain the process of identification of the risks and the treatment of those risks (ownership of the risk & related treatment plan remains with respective business owner)
- Develop Material specification management systems (Material Book)
- Customer / External / Field Quality Assurance:
- Be the voice of the customer as far as product/manufacturing process quality is concerned.
- Handle the Quality external audits / visits and coordinate the resolution of the related non-conformities and opportunities of improvements.

- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
