Hill International is a global leader in project management and construction consulting services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities and deliverables meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving any quality issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for all project activities and deliverables
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Identify and resolve any quality issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop quality plans and procedures
- Monitor and track quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to project team members on quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct training sessions on quality assurance best practices for project team members
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports, test plans, and inspection records
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance and make recommendations for improvements to processes and procedures
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on quality assurance activities and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance in the construction industry
- Knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues
- Experience with quality control processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
