QHSE Manager

The QHSE Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) practices within the Technical Maintenance & Repair industry. This position is essential for maintaining compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing QHSE policies and procedures, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

4. Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
5. Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics, preparing reports for management review.
6. Collaborate with other departments to integrate QHSE practices into daily operations.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
8. Lead QHSE meetings and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
9. Manage the QHSE budget and resources effectively to support initiatives.
10. Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and clients, to ensure alignment on QHSE matters.
