QHSE Leader

In this role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To conduct quality control and quality assurance activities in the plant.
- To improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- To lead internal audits by ISO9001 and IEC80079-34.
- To lead management reviews and drive outputs and results to meet business goals.
- To achieve SMART quality objectives that support business goals.
- Coordinate with certification agencies for audits and inspections (such as UL, CSA, Intertek, etc.) and ensure requirements are met.
- Handling Ex products and facility certificates and supervising listed products.
- To facilitate customer inspections.
- To actively resolve customer complaints and take appropriate measures to prevent reoccurrences.
- To run calibration and maintenance of plant equipment and ensure continuous suitability for use.
- To establish important quality metrics such as Cost of Quality, Defect Rate, Supplier Returns, Customer Returns, Quality Processes Cycle Time, and others.
- To optimally communicate across various levels inside and outside the organization regarding quality-related matters.
- To design and control Standard Work procedures to facilitate retention and flow.
- To be responsible for supplier performance and evaluate suppliers continually as required.
- To address nonconformities and facilitate root cause analysis and corrective and preventive measures.
- To support in establishing a lean manufacturing environment and reduce non-value-add aspects of quality control activities.
- To provide training and awareness to employees on quality requirements as applicable.
- To create, retain, and control quality documents and records in line with customer and QMS requirements.
- To establish and lead meetings to follow up and command open actions and facilitate timely closing.
- To maintain, and continually improve the EHS Management System.
- To evaluate risks related to HSE and apply measures to eliminate risks.
- To facilitate reporting of incidents, near misses, hazards, and observations and ensure timely closeout of actions.
- To advise and perform safety inspections in compliance with regulations and EHS management systems requirements.
- To draft and implement SMART EHS objectives that build towards a safe and healthy environment.
- To report, and enhance critical metrics related to EHS such as TRR, Inspection rate, on-time action closing, reporting participation rate, and others.
- To collaborate closely with the global EHS team and regional EHS committee for EHS reporting and EHS-related issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A degree in engineering, quality, or other related fields, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of Shown experience in QHSE.
- English language proficiency (written/read/spoken).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Certificates in the quality field (such as CQE, CQA, etc.)
- Certified ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001 Auditor.
- Experience in Ex product certification schemes (IECEx, ATEX, etc.)
- Experience in End-User's specifications and requirements (such as Aramco).
- Background in Lean Transformation.
