Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Manager to oversee the quality assurance and quality control aspects of a fiber pipeline construction project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all project outputs meet the highest quality standards and comply with both internal and external requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee the quality control and inspection strategy for the construction project.
• Lead the on-site quality control teams and coordinate their activities to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Manage all aspects of project quality including regular inspections, compliance checks, and the approval of materials and processes.
• Document quality assurance activities and ensure all quality control documentation is prepared and updated according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with construction managers and engineers to address quality issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience, with at least five (5) years in managing on-site QC and inspection organizations.
• Strong technical and administrative background to effectively manage reporting and documentation related to quality control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
