QA/QC Engineer EPS Manufacturing

On behalf an international construction company   that specializes in delivering cutting-edge solutions in insulated building technologies we are seeking a QC/QA Engineer (Eps Manufacturing)

• Implement and manage effective process and product controls to ensure product quality.
• Resolve daily in-process quality issues and provide solutions using problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, DMAIC).
• Evaluate and monitor raw material, in-process, and finished goods to meet customer and regulatory requirement.
• Lead investigations and resolutions for internal nonconformances, customer complaints, and supplier quality concerns.
• Capture and maintain Quality scorecard metrics and recommend improvements with the goal of transitioning the organization from a reactive to a proactive culture.
• Develop and lead internal product/process quality audit system, including closing out audit findings and reporting results to management.
• Design systems for recording and analysing product quality levels and interpret and report trends and improvement plans as part of the Quality Operating System.
• Create, modify, and implement sampling plans, quality standards, and process control instructions.
• Maintain a calibration system for measurement equipment to support production and QA needs
• Review new product designs and processes to ensure quality of design and conformance requirements.
• Mentor production operators and other team members to improve application of manufacturing standards and reaction in the event of deviation.
• Travel to customer locations to assess product quality and functionality as needed.
• Submit parts approval documentation and provide technical support to customers.
• Analyze and address customer complaints by utilizing cause-and-effect analysis and 5 Whys troubleshooting techniques
• Perform routine laboratory testing and ensure accurate data collection
