Responsibilities/Job description"

1. Preparing and implementing quality control plans: Developing detailed plans for inspections and determining the standards and indicators that will be measured.
2. Conducting periodic inspections: Visiting branches regularly to ensure compliance with quality standards and evaluating employee performance.
3. Evaluating the quality of products and services: quality of coffee, other beverages, snacks, and customers services.
4. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards: the cleanliness of the place, equipment, and food safety standards.
5. Employees training: Providing the necessary training to employees for quality, service standards, and improving their skills.
6. Identifying weaknesses and proposing solutions: Analyzing the results of inspections and performance.
7. Following up on the implementation of improvement plans: Ensuring that the desired results are achieved.
8. Regular reporting to Line Managers and/or Director on work status
9. Solve and follow up complaints.
10. Conducting customer surveys and the quality rate of service that is provided to them.
11. Training new employees
12. Conducting visits to warehouses and preparing reports on improving warehouses.
13. Monitoring branches cameras and detecting non-conformities.
14. Preparing weekly reports on the status of equipment and branch machines.
15. Preparing monthly reports on the evaluation of branches and branch supervisors.
16. Inspecting food products in branches and expiration dates to ensure food are safety.
