Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming goods, and matching them with purchase orders and receiving vouchers.
Maintaining and archiving records and documents related to inventory and purchases.
Monitoring inventory levels, updating them in the system, and reordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Coordinating with suppliers and the purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Receiving materials from suppliers, whether the supplier delivers them to the specified location or if the warehouse keeper needs to go to the supplier to collect them if necessary.
Conducting periodic inventory counts according to the schedule set for the inventory audit.
Transferring and delivering requested materials to the internal requesting parties (branches and departments of the company), whether from the company’s main warehouse or received from a specific supplier, and obtaining their signature on the receipt voucher.
Preparing required reports related to inventory and purchases.
Assisting with warehouse tasks and other purchasing management duties as assigned.
