Implement all instructions & directives coming from Regional Manager and / or VP – Airports Lounges of Airports Lounges with continues follow-up.
Follow the instructions from Immediate Superior/ Facility Coordinator / Captain Waiter / Lounge Supervisor.
Participate in the daily movement and activities as necessary.
Enhance the company image at all times by giving above standard quality of service to all valued customers.
Must apply and practice the Service Level Agreement and Standard Meet & Greet at all times.
Assist the facility coordinator in preparing Daily Reports in order to submit on time i.e. Daily Dishwashing Machine Temperature, Facility Cleaning Control, Equipment / Disposal / Chemical Inventory and Shift Handover Report and submit on time to Admin Office.
To monitor the ordering of lounge chemicals, equipment & disposables and amenity item enough for consumption to Store.
To immediately report any deviation to Captain Waiter / Supervisor for further handling.
Must attend to passenger needs as soon as possible.
To deliver professionalism at all times.
Must follow the standard cleaning procedure for First & Business Class Lounge in daily, weekly and deep cleaning.
To control additional chemical, equipment, disposables and amenity and avoid over stocking.
To have a quick and good cleaning service from time to time.
Must assist the Receptionist, Demi Chef de Partie, Concierge, Waiter and Housekeeping Foreman whenever it is required.
To communicate direct to immediate superior whenever it is required.
Ensure cleaning of all used equipment with proper safekeeping procedure with proper inventory of chips and breakages.
Must acknowledge all lounge newly ordered equipment.
Attend morning briefing with the immediate superior together with all lounge staff.
To act and perform any other related duties assigned by the Regional Manager and / or VP – Airports Lounges
To monitor the status of lounge cleaning equipment, chemicals, disposables, dispensers and amenity.
To monitor the expiration of the chemical and back up stock.
To take good care of all lounge cleaning equipment and avoid damage.
To follow the correct procedure of mixing the chemicals to avoid wastage.
Ensure monthly inventory and expiration of stock.
Ensure 100% hygiene results at all times.
Promote standard of hygiene, safety and sanitation of the respective areas.
Ensure all staff to follow personal hygiene standard.
Ensure full compliance of hygiene, quality and temperature control for all food items in line with Quality Assurance.
Ensure segregation of chemicals to food items.
To participate in team department building activity, gatherings, party and meeting with all staff.
To attend any related training course within the department as required.
Work operationally by personal observation and analyze or records so that work is performed at minimum cost and with
proper standard of quality and speed.
Keep self-updated on all developments within the company.
To be aware of all service provided at lounges.
Suggest procedures or policy for the improvement to increase the efficiency of all section area.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law. Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.
Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
