Proposal Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Manager to join our team. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the proposal development process, ensuring the timely and effective submission of proposals that align with client requirements and organizational standards. Your leadership and management skills will be critical in coordinating multidisciplinary teams to create compelling proposals that showcase JASARA's capabilities and expertise in civil engineering projects.

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, technical experts, and business development teams to identify and respond to bidding opportunities. You will manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial planning and strategy development to final submission and post-submission activities. Your ability to analyze RFPs, craft clear narratives, and present information persuasively will be key to your success.

• Lead and manage the proposal preparation process, including scheduling and coordinating activities.
• Analyze RFP/RFQ documents to develop a clear understanding of client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and persuasive proposals.
• Ensure compliance with proposal requirements and quality standards.
• Review and edit proposal submissions for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Develop proposal strategies, win themes, and tailored messaging for each opportunity.
• Facilitate proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Maintain a repository of past proposals, templates, and data for future reference.
