Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Officer with experience in managing property-related operations and government compliance portals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate, excellent computer skills, and fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property contracts efficiently using the EJAR portal.
  • Handle property-related government compliance portals such as Baladi, Madinayati, and other relevant platforms.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, lease agreements, acknowledgments, and related documents.
  • Ensure timely renewal and compliance with lease agreements and property regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with tenants to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve complaints and disputes effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the leasing process to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of properties, tenants, and lease terms.
  • Market properties effectively through various channels, including online listings, print media, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive property listings with accurate details such as location, features, and square footage.
  • Utilize intermediate-level negotiation skills to guide clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and arrange property viewings professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all local real estate regulations, zoning laws, and property codes.
  • Liaise with relevant government departments to facilitate approvals, renewals, and inspections.
  • Generate periodic reports on property status, lease agreements, and occupancy rates.
  • Possess a basic understanding of facility management, maintenance needs, and technical aspects related to properties.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for property operations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and real estate management software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in a real estate company or property office is preferred.
