The opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical planning specialist to join our team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring plans to optimize operations and meet organizational objectives and this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a knack for problem-solving and also, full cost responsibility for the project costs specified in the portion of costs.

How you’ll make an impact

• Dispatching personnel according to the personnel planning and keeping a Project execution supporting the personnel who are assigned for the duration of the project and according to the personnel planning. Keeping a to-do list.
• Evaluating and distributing of the assembly reports and other correspondence and ensuring that the construction site is immediately supplied with the necessary information, instructions, personnel and material.
• Continuous checking of the accrued costs through a comparison of budget and actual costs in SAP, so that deviations are identified early on, and corresponding measures can be initiated.
• Evaluation of the progress reports and informing the project managers and any further partners on the status of the work (AD reports), on the progress (progress report), and on the accrued costs (cumulative working hours and costs).
• Inspection and initialing of the time sheets. Questionable time and expense reports are to be discussed with the superior. The basis for this is the "Regulations for Assembly and Commissioning Personnel" and recording or processing of deviation reports in SAP and monitoring of the observance of the "Regulations for Assembly and Commissioning Personnel".
• Inspection of the cash-on-site and bank statements as well as assignment of the individual items to accounts and performance of all other administrative tasks that occur in connection with the construction site and construction site visits, in consultation with the superior, for inspection, clarification of unresolved problems and discussions with the employees at the construction site and a trip report is written after each trip.
• Handling of insurance cases after consultation and in agreement with the insurer and the responsible project manager and requesting of commissioning personnel according to the current personnel planning from internal or external offices.
• Monitoring of the observance of accident prevention regulations and observance of the valid quality assurance measures and advising and supporting the employees at the construction site in organizational and technical matters.
• Holding discussions with construction site workers when they visit the headquarters and participation in project meetings as a member of the project organization and immediate reporting of unusual occurrences to the direct superior.

Your background             

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with GIS is preferred.
• Previous experience with SF6 GAS-Handling and PGHV Transmission & Sub transmission GIS Product knowledge preferred.
• Having capability use MS project professionally.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
