The selected candidate will oversee the delivery of a hybrid project scope, including consultation and technical tracks.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.2. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, including communication, issue resolution, and conflict management.3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, technical experts, and stakeholders.4. Consultation Track: Deliver studies and strategic insights to establish the EPMO.5. Technical Track: Develop project management solutions and strategies.6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolutions.7. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.8. Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Technical Requirements1. PMP Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.2. Healthcare Experience: Proven expertise in healthcare projects, particularly in managing EPMO-related engagements.3. Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.4. Strong Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5.
