We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Operations to join our team in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management and operations. As a Project Manager Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
. Coordinate and manage project team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
. Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
. Identify and mitigate project risks
. Ensure that projects adhere to company policies and procedures
. Prepare and present project reports to senior management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management and operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus
