Required Skills

• Previous experience in the development, implementation, and handover of facilities.
• High level of experience in Facility and Project Management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to provide step-by-step detailed advice and solutions for remedying failures in service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to articulate clearly and concisely. English proficiency is required (both written and oral).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Suite and Facility Management Software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
• Team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity with an international perspective.
• Professional maturity and irreproachable integrity are obligatory
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in managing projects and delivery experience for large projects, overseas and / or military facilities
• Identify potential risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring the project management function is resilient and can deliver projects within the organization's risk appetite.
• Coordinates and manages overall teams progress and performance.
• Coordinates and assigns and manages project staffing levels and workforce plans and onboarding within their package of works.
• Coordinates team changes and risk from client as well as design consultant
• On a day-to-day basis, ensures that the teams are meeting client deliverables and supporting consultants.
• On a day-to-day basis link in with the Engineered Design management functions and package owners to coordinate deliverables from client as well as reporting internally within the function and contributing to weekly and monthly reports.
