Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Fit Out (Saudi National), to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Project Manager, you will work on multiple fit-out projects, assisting the core management team in delivering successful projects on-time, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional project management and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of fit-out processes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the core management team to assist in the end-to-end management of fit-out projects, from initial concept development to final handover, ensuring all project deliverables are met. Support in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Assist in leading and motivating project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants, to achieve project goals and objectives. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders, including the client, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide recommendations for mitigation plans to ensure successful project execution. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and best practices during the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance. Provide support in tracking and managing project finances, including budget analysis, cost control, and change management. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Assist in providing regular project status updates and reports to senior management and clients. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to fit-out projects.
Requirements:
Saudi National. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fit-out projects. Proven ability to work in multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, assisting the core management team. Solid knowledge of fit-out practices, materials, and technologies. Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP or other relevant certifications would be an advantage. Fluency in English and Arabic language skills are required.
