ROLE OVERVIEW
The ( Project Manager - Construction ) responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves managing a team of construction professionals, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects.
- Manage a team of construction professionals, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality of workmanship and materials on all projects.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee the handover of completed projects to clients.
- Implement and manage change orders.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Continually review and improve construction processes and procedures.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong financial and budgeting skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the construction industry.
