As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, execution, and completion of projects related to the systems in road/tunnels infrastructure environment. ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution: · Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. · Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. · Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. · Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. · Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and status reports. Team Leadership and Collaboration:· Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors. · Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members. · Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork. · Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals. Stakeholder Management:· Establish and maintain strong relationships with end users, and key project stakeholders. · Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders. · Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. · Collaborate with the client’s Engineering and Delivery Teams to integrate systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Quality Assurance and Risk Management:· Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems and services. · Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications and standards. · Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and financial risks. · Implement effective change management processes to handle scope changes and minimize project disruptions. Budget and Resource Management: · Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources. · Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address budgetary constraints. · Coordinate with procurement teams to source and manage necessary equipment, materials, and services. Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). · Proven experience as a Project Manager (+7 years), specifically in managing ELV, SCADA. ICT and security system projects within the infrastructure industry. · Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. · Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. · Proficient in project management software and tools · PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
