Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, Robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.

Position Overview

The Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You will ensure project objectives are met and stakeholders are kept informed, all while fostering a collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate the team and resources, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the desired standards set by the client.
• Evaluate and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Document project requirements, decisions, and changes for reference.
• Conduct project post-mortems and generate detailed reports on project performance.
