Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 6 to 8 years of proven experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continued success of our company.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, from project initiation through to closure, adhering to project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide regular updates and address issues as they arise.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate project delays or deviations from plan.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgetary constraints.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to project team members.
  • Conduct project post-mortem reviews to identify lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement, and incorporate findings into future project plans.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Additional Information

Skills & Professional Requirements:


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum, and experience adapting methodologies to suit project requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential project risks and issues proactively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
