Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee our projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring the delivery of outputs and deliverables while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main liaison between the client and the project team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project goals and expectations.Manage the daily operations of the project to ensure that tasks are coordinated, executed efficiently, and aligned with project objectives.Monitor project progress, performance, and compliance, making necessary adjustments to achieve client requirements and meet deadlines.Oversee the planning and implementation of performance-based maintenance contract projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client specifications.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including the ministry and other relevant entities, to facilitate smooth project execution.Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and evaluations, to ensure transparency and accountability.Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative work environment.Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful project outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management, including at least 3 years of experience managing performance-based maintenance contract projects.Proficiency in both Arabic and English, essential for effective communication with stakeholders and project teams
