Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.
2. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
3. Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement risk management strategies.
4. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
5. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, and status reports.
6. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and steering committee meetings.
7. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and within budget.
8. Manage stakeholder expectations, including communication, issue resolution, and conflict management.
9. Identify and implement process improvements, including project management methodologies and tools.
10. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
3. Experience with project management tools, including Asana, Trello, MS Project, and Jira.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience managing project risks and issues.
7. Experience with budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Experience with quality management, including quality planning, quality assurance, and quality control.
10. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
