Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and client expectations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure smooth project execution.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports, financial summaries, and performance evaluations. Maintain all necessary project documentation, such as plans, schedules, contracts, and reports.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure that projects comply with all relevant local regulations and company policies, particularly in the context of Saudi Arabian laws, industry standards, and best practices.
Project Close-Out:
Ensure that all aspects of the project are completed, including finalizing deliverables, obtaining client approvals, and conducting post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify lessons learned.
