The Role:


Project Executive


  • Act as an assisting Project Manager for custom projects, coordinating with the marketing team, event programming team and operations team to keep event projects on track and to desired outcome.
  • Work and help manage additional projects such as the investor program, hosted buyer program, sourcing merchandise and many more.
  • Coordinate Project management systems, procedures and processes that have been developed in conjunction with heads of workstreams and project Directors, to ensure the department meets previously agreed upon deadlines for the programming, marketing, and production of events.
  • Manage and direct staff onsite and staff operations processes where applicable.
  • Coordinate existing custom event delivery with the Special Projects team, Marketing Manager and Event Manager based in Riyadh.
  • Coordinate & direct onsite staff & team members to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, fostering clear, effective, and collaborative interactions with team members to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
     

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the events industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of detail and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours as needed.

  • 60 days accommodation or suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date. Alternatively, if you already have accommodation in Riyadh and do not require a hotel or serviced apartment, then we provide a one-off payment of SAR 5,000 
  • SAR 2,500 towards shipping goods/excess baggage costs on production of receipts/invoices 
  • Cost of an Annual trip home - individual only  
  • On leaving the company - paid flight home for you and end of service gratuity payment (if applicable)  

Additional Benefits where the Saudi National is relocating within KSA Only*:  


  • Paid flight to Riyadh (for you and your dependents) 
  • Relocation costs to cover a hotel room – up to 30 days (single / family room), & Excess baggage allowance of up to SAR 1500
