- Actively lead, participate, and support all Air Products Qudra safety programs, safe work practices, good housekeeping, and environmental compliance. Responsible to ensure all the EH&S standards/procedures are followed along with best industrial practice throughout the life cycle of projects. Lead Safety Meetings and Toolbox discussions including participating in Safe Work Permitting Process with Operations team and Safe Work Audits.
- Prepare/review the KPIs for quality compliance for all the projects under Air Products Qudra. Review the Quality plan along with other discipline leads and ensure all the required formats / ITPs / QPs are reviewed and approved from authorized parties.
- Ensure that all internal and external stakeholders have adequate opportunity to provide input, comments, endorsements, and approvals.
- Prepare weekly, monthly report and monitor the progress and keep all the activities on track by engaging all the stakeholders for the assigned project. Identify potential problems and make mitigating recommendations to resolve till the completion of project.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, manage, mitigate, and report project risks and issues to Project Management team. Facilitate efficient communication across all levels of a project to ensure consistency in reaching the project's goal, and to help in the recognition of any potential opportunities, risks, or complications.
- Minimize risks through early identification, planning, and selection of best possible contracting strategies and proactive Project Management practices which focus on prevention of problems.
- Managing the following tasks: multi-functional team coordination, benefit/cost analysis, vendors’ evaluation & selection, schedule and budget oversight, management of consultants/contractors, issue resolution, reporting and closeout of project upon completion.
- Support the planning team to oversee, implement, maintain, and support the continued development of enterprise management tools such as Primavera P6, MS project etc. and contract management tools.
- Define all the deliverables and KPI for the various subcontractors and vendors and monitor during execution phase and addressing the gaps on time in order to avoid any impact on the cost and schedule of the overall plan.
- Review the Subcontractors/vendors the final close out reports and prepare the overall project close out report along with lessons learned and providing the recommendation for upcoming projects.
- The basic function of this role is to develop projects, supervise, oversee the execution, and coordinate the entire work scope of the projects. Responsible to ensure that Management of Change requirements are in place for all projects & any changes, modifications or upgrades are documented and approved prior to implementation. Review Field Change Orders (FCO’s) for additional work and forward to approving authorities for approval.
