The Software Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers and technical professionals to design, develop, and implement innovative digital solutions that drive business transformation and growth. Description
Provide strategic leadership for the entire software engineering team and deliver complex projects. Able to be hands-on when needed throughout the SDLC from design, development, testing to deployment. Manage and lead the software engineering teams.Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap for the software engineering department.Collaborate with other department heads, executives, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.Optimize resource allocation across projects and teams.Contribute to strategic planning at the organizational level.Drive innovation in software development processes and technologies.Participate in executive-level decision-making and contribute to the overall success of the organization.Provide strategic guidance on technology and software-related matters.


Profile


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Min 10 years of experience in technical leadership roles with a focus on delivering digital transformation projects.Proven expertise in software development and systems integration, with experience in implementing complex solutionsRelevant certifications (e.g.. CDTP is preferred).Industry knowledge relevant to manufacturing/industrial/production sectors highly preferred.
